• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If there are delays in your shipping time, you will be notified. 

Local Pick up

• You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 941 W 21 st Houston, Texas 77008. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
• Our local pickup hours are 9am to 6pm on Monday - Saturday by appointment only. We will inform you when your order is ready for pick up. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued store credit for the returned items.
